Liz Kamarul is a follow-no-rules, go-with-your-gut, New Orleans-based designer, fashion enthusiast and muralist of one-of-a-kind interiors that push the boundaries of design. A thrift shopper at her core, she’s been infusing color, pattern, shapes, and envy-inducing secondhand finds into spaces for more than a decade while also sewing and repurposing textiles into unique clothing and accessories.

Originally from North Idaho, she’s traveled the world with her Aussie husband Tim, across the US in a 1982 Winnebago they renovated, and has been styling their New Orleans house with never-seen-before ideas. She’s used walls, furniture, bathtubs and more across the US and in Australia as canvases for her murals.

Recently, travel has been added to her endeavors where she hosts small groups of travelers in exciting locations across the globe.
